Ledger is an embedded SQL engine written in C++20. This is the real engine, compiled to WebAssembly and running inside this tab on an in-memory database: no server, nothing sent, nothing stored. Source on GitHub.

• One run, one sessionStatements run in order and stop at the first error, like a request to the ledgerd HTTP server.
• TransactionsBEGIN and COMMIT belong in the same run; a transaction left open is rolled back.
• StateTables stay between runs until you reset. Each example starts from an empty database.
